Customer Claim Policy

100% claim for products that are being damaged within 07 days of their purchase date.
The discounted product will not qualify for a 100% claim.
If the product is damaged by the customer intentionally then 100% claim will not be given to customer.
In case the product is repaired it should be handed over to the customer within 3 to 7 working days.
All repaired products will be sent directly to the customer's address; therefore, it is essential for the store manager to obtain the customer's contact number and address.
Repair discount voucher will not be applicable on discounted product.
If the customer is dissatisfied with the article, exchanges will not be permitted.
